Former Pro Athlete | Performance Specialist

From Italy to the U.S., my journey has been fueled by resiliency, sacrifice, and the pursuit of peak performance. I came to the US alone at 17 with no offers and turned that hunger into a scholarship, a National Championship run at Valdosta State, and an invite to the CFL Combine and a WWE contract. I turned everything I learned into the system I use today to coach elite athletes. I’ve trained NFL, CFL, and D1 talent to move faster, hit harder, and build real confidence. My mission is simple: build DAWGS and give athletes the tools I wish I had. This is peak performance with purpose. All Hustle No Luck.

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
